These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and rapid97 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the rapid97 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account on rapid97, accessing our platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the rapid97 platform and close your account.

rapid97 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where eligibility requirements are not satisfied. Winings derived from an ineligible account may be voided.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on rapid97. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances, including pending withdrawals and bonus funds.
During registration, you must provide a valid email address or mobile number, create a secure password, and accurately complete all required profile fields. rapid97 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the User.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. rapid97 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. You must notify rapid97's customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
rapid97 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. We will never request your password through any communication channel.
rapid97 is required to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
rapid97 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency networks (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified in active promotions.
All payment methods used for deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits made via third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
The primary transaction currency on rapid97 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. rapid97 is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates.
Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your account balance within minutes of a successful transaction. FPX bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations, which may vary by coin and network conditions.
rapid97 processes withdrawal requests submitted by verified members. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers are processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes and may be affected by payment network conditions outside our control.
All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
rapid97 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, rapid97 will notify the User and may request additional documentation.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by rapid97 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this Agreement.
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x" means the bonus amount multiplied by 30 must be wagered). Only wagers on eligible markets or games contribute to wagering requirements; contributions from different game categories may vary.
rapid97 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, coordinated betting patterns to guarantee profit from bonuses regardless of outcome ("bonus hunting"), use of automated betting tools, and exploitation of promotional errors. rapid97 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where abuse is identified.
In the event that a promotion is published with an error in its terms, value, or eligibility criteria, rapid97 reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time. Bets or bonuses placed or received in reliance on such errors may be voided or adjusted.
A bet is only valid and accepted when rapid97 has confirmed receipt and the bet appears in your Account betting history with a unique reference number. rapid97 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason. Verbal or informal acceptance by support staff does not constitute official bet acceptance.
All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or event in question. For football matches, the result is taken at the conclusion of regular time (90 minutes plus referee-added time), unless otherwise specified in market-specific rules. In-play bets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other markets are governed by individual sport rules published on the platform.
rapid97 may void a bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the designated rescheduling window; the market is subject to a pricing error materially advantageous to the player; the player placed the bet in violation of these Terms; or the result cannot be determined by the relevant governing body.
Where bets are placed on odds that have been published in error (palpable errors, "pal" odds), rapid97 reserves the right to void such bets or settle them at the correct price. rapid97 will use commercially reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors promptly.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on rapid97 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rapid97, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
rapid97 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party payment processing failures, and other technical events may temporarily affect platform availability. rapid97 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and communicate planned maintenance in advance.
rapid97 is not responsible for the outcome of any bet placed in reliance on third-party information, statistics, or odds analysis. All betting decisions are made at the sole discretion and risk of the User.
rapid97 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via the email address registered on their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.

All disputes, claims, or controversies relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent rapid97 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.
